Register now for the Charleston Area Alliance 'Lunch & Learn - New FLSA Overtime Exemption Rules' on Wednesday, June 15 from 12:00 - 1:15 p.m.
Eric Kinder, Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC Member, will discuss the recent U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) final rule that will amend regulations defining which executive, administrative and professional workers are exempt from overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
Eric's primary areas of practice are labor and employment law with an emphasis on wage and hour, employee benefits, ERISA litigation, technology and trade secrets. He has been recognized by Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business for Labor & Employment.
