Register now for the Charleston Area Alliance 'Lunch & Learn - Succession Planning' Tuesday, December 6 from 12 - 1 p.m., presented by Fifth Third Bank.
Our co-presenters Kim Zwier and David Higgins will take you through seven different scenarios on how to do succession planning under various circumstances. There is no “one way” to provide for a change in ownership but if there is no succession planning then “bad things” can happen. They will discuss buy sell agreements, outright sales, ESOPs, key employee plans, charitable stock bailouts and the like. Time will be reserved for questions.
The free event will be held at the Charleston Area Alliance, 1116 Smith Street, Charleston. A box lunch is included with registration.
