There is no "one way" to provide for a change in ownership but if there is no succession planning then "bad things" can happen.  They will discuss buy sell agreements\, outright sales\, ESOPs\, key employee plans\, charitable stock bailouts and the like.  Time will be reserved for questions.\n\n\n\nThe free event will be held at the Charleston Area Alliance\, 1116 Smith Street\, Charleston.
