Event Description:

Make your Storefront Shine this Holiday Season!

Let's fill the streets with holiday cheer! Decorate your business windows and facades with your best holiday look. Twinkling lights? Glistening snowflakes? Candy canes and gum drops? Choose any theme you wish! This year's contest is the perfect opportunity to highlight your business and provide beautiful holiday scenery to Charleston.

Businesses will compete within their districts for the People's Choice Award. A panel of judges will select a city-wide Best in Show.

Contest Schedule:

October 1 - Registration Opens
November 23 - Registration Deadline
November 26 - People's Choice Voting Begins
December 15 - People's Choice Voting Ends
December 17 - All Winners Announced

Award Categories:

People's Choice Award: Downtown, East End, Kanawha City, South Hills/Bridge Road, West Side
Best in Show

Guidelines:

Contest is FREE of charge.
Registration closes on November 23. If you are not registered by that date, you will not be eligible for the People's Choice or Best in Show Awards.
Displays must be completed no later than November 26.
Lights, movement and unusual materials are encouraged.
