Parking: The entrance to the Homeowner Education & Community Center is on the left on Court Street as you approach Piedmont Road. The ReStore asks that you use the parking lot serving that end of the building. From the intersection of Court Street and Piedmont Road, turn right onto Piedmont toward the entrance to Green’s Feed and Seed. The ReStore parking lot entrance is on the right, opposite Green’s entrance.

If so, you need the "Homebuyers Blueprint."
The event from Generation Charleston and the West Virginia Housing Development Fund will provide all of the necessary steps you will need when looking for the perfect place.
Topics that will be discussed during the panel discussion include: lending and interest rates, home inspections, insurance and various programs that can assist you in the home buying process.
