Prudence brings over 30 years of leadership experience across sales, human resources, and marketing. She previously served as the National HR Director of Onboarding for CDI Corporation, where she supported large-scale workforce integration and development. Her background also includes managing teams of more than 300 employees as a Store Manager at Target Corporation. At WVCEO, Prudence focuses on building relationships, supporting outreach efforts, and ensuring individuals and organizations feel welcomed and supported as they explore employee ownership.
