    Lucie Mellert is the daughter of Artist Grace Martin Taylor. She made a promise to her mother, she would find suitable homes for her life work. Many of the collective works of art are available for purchase, by appointment.

    Artist Grace Martin Taylor is a Morgantown West Virginia native and graduate of West Virginia University. She used one-blocked method for her creations, which show the distinctly modern influence, woodcut printing, color woodcut, watercolor, charcoal, ink wash and abstract still life. Many of her color prints have been exhibited at the Brooklyn Museum, Philadelphia Print Club, Smithsonian Institution, United States National Museum, Oakland Art Gallery, Wichita Art Museum, Provincetown Art Association, Boston Art Club, and Traveling exhibitions sponsored by the American Federation of Arts.
