We specialize in multi-family housing, apartments, automobile dealerships, financial and healthcare institutions, religious facilities, and historic restoration. Many of our projects, including our 115-year-old office on Virginia Street, have achieved historic tax credits.

Since 2008, we have successfully completed more than $60,000,000 of LIHTC or HUD funded projects. We have placed more than 700 apartments into service. These projects are all over the state of West Virginia, from Mingo to Monongalia and Cabell to Mineral counties and all points in between.

We were founded in 1999 by a seventh generation West Virginian. Our roots run deep in this great state and we recently celebrated our 25th anniversary.
