At Cabin Creek Health Systems, our mission is to promote the health and well-being of all people in our communities, especially the most vulnerable, through health care that is guided by science, compassion and respect and to contribute to the education of skilled and caring health professionals.
As a Federally Qualified Health System, we provide flexible billing in each of our six integrated Primary Care clinics, and our five School-Based Health centers.
The goal of Integrated Primary Care is to offer as many services in the community as possible to increase access to sustainable healthcare. Clinics offer diverse services including primary care, dental care, pharmacy, behavioral health services and more.
We recognize that health is more than the doctor's visit. By working together with community partners, we can address social determinants of health, improving the health of individuals and communities in which they live.
