We are seeking a motivated, ethical, organized, and compassionate attorney with a strong work ethic to help advocate for and represent clients who have been wrongfully injured in West Virginia.

DEFENSE ATTORNEYS who are tired of the billable hour are strongly encouraged to apply.

The hiring range reflects varying levels of skill and experience. The upper end of the hiring range is for someone who can come in and immediately handle litigation and pre-litigation. The lower end of the range is for someone who is a great personality fit but still needs more experience.

Compensation

We believe in rewarding excellence without limits. Your hard work directly impacts your earning potential.

• Salary Range: $105,000 - $155,000 base annual salary depending on skills and experience
• Bonus: 7-10%+
• Total Compensation potential of $150,000-$250,000++ (no limit for the right fit); plus, origination bonuses
• Origination-Based Bonus: Earn an additional percentage of any case you originate.
• No Compensation Cap: There is no ceiling on what you can earn. If you win big for our clients, you win big for yourself.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in West Virginia
• 1–5+ years of personal injury or defense litigation experience preferred
• Strong writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Trial experience or willingness to develop trial skills preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Genuine desire to help clients
