Jackson Kelly PLLC is seeking a full time Legal Secretary (Litigation Practice Group) for the Charleston, West Virginia office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of secretarial experience (legal experience preferred), possess a strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of organizational skills while working in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and be skilled at proofreading. A Bachelor's Degree and previous experience working with a Document Management System is preferred. This position has the potential for a flexible/hybrid schedule.
