Amy shares an emotional mapping practice where you'll doodle, release what isn't working and utilize the ancient healing practice of aromatherapy to shift long held patterns and live into a more expansive you
It's all a part of the monthly events for Live Well Charlie West, a Charleston Area Alliance campaign dedicated to workplace wellness in the Kanawha Valley.
Amy has a BA from Purdue University, an MA from Marshall University Graduate College and she's had multiple trainings in Utah, New Jersey and Ohio on using essentials oils as a tool for emotional balancing.

Live Well Charlie West aims to connect employees and employers to wellness resources. The campaign works to create a dialogue throughout the community about workplace wellness. It centers around four topic areas: drug abuse, mental health, nutrition and physical activity
