This year’s theme, “Statewide Synergy: The Power of People & Procurement,” celebrates the transformative impact of partnerships between West Virginia’s nonprofit organizations and state agencies. The conference highlights the potential of WV’s nonprofits to meet state needs through meaningful work, innovative solutions, and collaborative partnerships that strengthen communities across the Mountain State.

Join nonprofit leaders, government partners, and community stakeholders on October 21–22, 2026, at Stonewall Resort, for two days of connection, learning, and celebration. A special Pre-Conference Reception will be held on the evening of October 20, offering attendees an opportunity to network and connect before conference sessions begin.

Throughout the conference, participants will explore best practices, emerging opportunities, and successful partnerships that demonstrate the power of people-driven procurement and community impact. The Awards Banquet will honor outstanding leadership, collaboration, and achievements that embody this year’s theme and showcase the lasting value of mission-focused work throughout West Virginia.
