We invite you to join the Charleston Area Alliance on its fourth international trade mission and cultural tour. Visits on this trip to Northern Italy include the city of Varese, the northern Italian lake region, Milan, Parma, Florence (with a touch of Tuscany) and Venice. Whether you are interested in working with the Alliance staff to create a personalizes business itinerary, or simply wish to learn more about these culturally rich regions, you will find this trip exceptional. Since the Alliance trade missions began in 2010, more than 150 business and community leaders from the Charleston area have participated. It's a great trip for businesses that want to explore exporting, importing, join ventures or other business development activities.

Trip Overview:

• Roundtrip economy airfare from Charleston, WV to Milan, Italy and Venice, Italy to Charleston, WV.
• Included meals: 10 daily buffet breakfasts, 2 local lunches (mineral water, wine, coffee included), 3 three-course dinners including special welcome and farewell dinner (mineral water, wine, coffee included)
• 1 wine tasting & lunch in Chianti area of Tuscany
• 1 Parmiggiano Reggiano cheese farm
• 1 prestige aged balsamic vinegar session
• Guided visit to the Lamborghini factory in Sant' Agata
• Touring by private luxury, air conditioned motorcoach
• Professional multi-lingual Tour Director
• Sightseeing as indicated, including licensed English speaking local guides and entrance fees included in bold (Borromeo Palace, Last Supper TBA according to availability, La Scala, Academia, Doges Palace Venice, St Marks Basilica, Lamborghini factory visit) Whisper headsets where needed.
• Meeting with Florence Chamber of Commerce
• All transfers by motorcoach for group arrival in Milan and departure in Venice and private water taxi transfers in Venice
• Meeting and event arrangements with local businesses
