Members will meet at 9 a.m. in the parking lot of the Sleep Inn\, located at 2772 Pennsylvania Ave.\n\n\n\nThe Make It Shine Program is a comprehensive program aimed at making West Virginia the cleanest state in the nation. Throughout the state\, groups of volunteers\, businesses\, community organizations and local governments are working to accomplish this goal. \n\n"Last year\, 5\,000 West Virginia citizens took time to pick up unsightly trash along our streams and public lands and we're hoping for another tremendous turnout this year\," said REAP Director Sandy Rogers. "Without our wonderful volunteers\, this cleanup program would not be the success it is. Their tireless efforts are making West Virginia a better place to visit and live." \n\n\n\nThe Make It Shine Program will provide resources such as cleanup materials\, waste hauling\, and landfill fees to groups volunteering to conduct litter cleanups.
